60g Canned Mushroom (Chop into small pieces)
40g White Shineiji Mushroom (Chop into small pieces)
400ml Water
100g Fresh Milk
50g Cooking Cream
3 Cloves Garlic
10g Butter
1 tsp Pasley
1 tsp Salt
A pinch of pepper
PREPERATION
1. Garlic and Butter , Temp 110, 1 Min, Speed 5.Â
2. Mix all mushrooms, Temp 110, 10 Min, Speed (Stir).
3. Add in water, pasley, salt, pepper, Temp 110,, 10 Min, Speed (Stir).
4. Add in Fresh Milk and Cooking Cream, Temp 110, 5 Min, Speed 2.
5. Blend, 10 Sec, Speed 6.
6. Serve.Â
